I just wanted to show you what kind of clippers I use and a little bit about blades. I hope this helps some of you. The clippers can run about $150.00 and the blades start at about $20 and go up to about $40 I believe but they are all worth it if you are serious about doing your own dog or becoming a groomer. Also I recommend the Wahl stainless steal snap on combs, they allow you to leave your dog up to an inch I believe.

When getting pet clippers, get the right advise from your professional groomers or the pet grooming schools. Remember, you are dealing with a living thing not a thing like chair, table.
